Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-02
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who visits CampaignChain, creates or joins a campaign, or participates in an authorization chain. The canonical Dhruvanta Systems terms are published at dhruvantasystems.com/terms; the rules below are the CampaignChain-specific application of those terms.
Acceptable use
- Campaign owners must publish accurate campaign details and may not impersonate another individual or organisation.
- Coordinators and referrers must not present themselves as the campaign owner. The Transparency Chain always shows the visible owner.
- Trust badges describe verification CampaignChain has performed. Users may not fabricate badges or claim verification statuses they have not been awarded.
- You may not use CampaignChain to coordinate fraudulent fundraising, harassment, or content prohibited under Indian law.
Verification and trust tiers
VERIFIED-tier templates (e.g. medical fundraising) require identity verification before publication. CampaignChain may decline verification or freeze a campaign if signals indicate misuse. Frozen campaigns block further mutations until the issue is resolved.
Payments
Payment processing is operated through the shared Dhruvanta payments gateway. When a campaign is in mock-payment mode (for development and demo environments) the platform displays a clear badge and no money is charged.
Refunds and cancellations
Where contributions are processed through the shared gateway, refunds and cancellations follow the gateway's refund policy. Contact support within seven days of a contribution to start a refund review.
Account termination
CampaignChain may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time from settings.
Liability
CampaignChain is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhruvanta Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of Dhruvanta Systems.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. Grievances under Indian IT Rules 2021 should be routed to the Grievance Officer.
