Under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the CampaignChain grievance officer receives complaints related to content, accounts, and intermediary obligations. This page documents how to reach the office and what to expect after a grievance is filed.

Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, in line with Rule 3(2)(a).
What to include
- Your name and a contact email or phone number.
- The CampaignChain campaign URL, account, or content the grievance relates to.
- A clear description of the issue and the outcome you seek.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links) that helps the office triage the case.
